Hello, my name is Anna Yukhvidina. I have  been in the insurance business since 2005. After working for a couple of years as a "captive agent" for a major insurance company, it became evident to me that to better serve my clients I needed much more flexibility. This is why I founded the Universal Insurance Agency, and became an "independent insurance agent".

One of the best features of being an independent insurance agent is the ability of representing more than one  company. This is an enormous advantage over a captive agent, because it eliminates the restriction of being tied down to only one company.
