Angie Smith is a customer insurance advocate and is dedicated to putting her clients first and making sure their insurance needs are being handled promptly and with ease. Angie has worked in the insurance industry for over 16 years. She is a licensed insurance agent and is currently preparing to obtain her CIC designation. As a long-serving member of the Universal team, Angie has developed valuable relationships with customers, allowing her to learn about their insurance and risk management needs, making Universal Group the only provider they need for services including health, workers’ compensation, personal lines, and business insurance.

Angie has two children and a new addition, a cat named Gilbert, and enjoys cooking and spending time with family.
