Denise Crowell is an account manager for both commercial and personal lines accounts. She has been with Steinhilber & Strawbridge since November 2018 and looks forward to offering her expertise and support to Universal Group. Denise’s ability to wear multiple hats in servicing commercial and personal lines offers her clients peace of mind knowing that all of their needs can be met with one phone call.

Denise began her career in the insurance industry in 1983. Over the years, Denise has gained an impressive amount of experience and knowledge in various roles within the industry. This accumulation of skills has allowed her to master her craft, and it is her clients who reap the benefits of reliability, accuracy, and timeliness of service. Denise is a licensed insurance agent and has a CISR designation.

Denise has three grown children and two granddaughters; Joeli, 13 and Ava Grace, 8. Both are amazing girls and hold big pieces of her heart. In her spare time, Denise enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and any water sport! She and her family like to spend as much time as possible at the beach and the lake. As a former softball pitcher, she enjoys watching Joeli pitch and play in the same position as she once did. Spending time with her family brings Denise so much joy. She is blessed to be an aunt, great aunt, sister, mother, and grandmother. “God is good!”.
