As the managing partner for Universal Group LTD.’s Phoenix operations, Mike currently oversees insurance and dealership product sales for the agency’s expansion in the southwest region of the United States.

A licensed agent since 1997, Mike has served in a multitude of sales roles from insurance producer to dealer F&I marketing rep to sales manager during his award-winning sales career, for several distinguished sales organizations, including Pearl Insurance (2010-2016), Zurich North America (2007-2010), Universal Underwriters (2001-2007), Insurance of America Agency, Inc. (2000-2001), and Enterprise Financial Group (1996-2000).

Mike is a 1996 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He obtained a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2008 and a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) in 2019.

Outside of the office, Mike enjoys hiking, outdoor photography, and is a self-professed Disney fanatic, with over two dozen family trips logged to the “Happiest Place On Earth,” including Disney World and Disneyland.
