Nikki Vacek is a customer insurance advocate and works directly with clients, producers, and carriers to ensure that the customer’s needs are taken care of. Nikki is an expert in explaining coverage, premiums and helping insureds understand the content of their policies. Nikki takes an active role in working with both the producer and client at renewal time to ensure that the customer is getting the best coverage at a fair price. Nikki’s focus is on her clients’ needs and to work daily, improving her foundation of great customer service.

Nikki has worked in the insurance industry for over 18 years, and her experience in various roles of receptionist, associate account manager, producer, and her current role, has allowed her to see all sides of the industry, allowing her to gain in-depth insight of how to care for the customer. She upholds the Universal Group’s core values by ensuring she syncs them with her personal values and embraces honor your word as that value is something that was instilled in her since childhood, and she passes on to her own children. Nikki recognizes that honoring your word shows you are reliable, trusted, and helps maintain your personal pride.

Nikki lives in New Prague, Minnesota, with her husband of nearly 19 years, Joe, and her three children: McKenna, 19 (Freshman at Iowa State University studying Kinesiology), Joey, 17, and Chase, 15. Nikki and her family spend much of their time at the hockey rink with both her boys, all year long. Fall and spring are busy for the Vacek’s as they run Joe’s family farm with Nikki’s brother and sister-in-law. Summers are spent by the campfire and on the lake with family and friends.
